Three Colts Named to Eastern Conference All-Star Team

Barrie, ON- The Ontario Hockey League today announced that goaltender Andrew Perugini, and forwards Bryan Little and Hunter Tremblay have been named to the Eastern Conference All-Star team that will participate in the OHL All-Star Classic Event to be held January 30-31, 2007 in Saginaw, MI.

The Eastern Conference squad will be led behind the bench by Colts Head Coach Marty Williamson, who has guided the Colts to a league-best 31-11-0-1 record with 63 points through 43 games this season.

Perugini and Tremblay will be making their first appearances in the All-Star Classic, while Bryan Little will skate in his third consecutive game. Perugini, 18, currently leads all OHL netminders in victories with a 28-8-0-1 overall record. He is also third in the OHL with a .921 save percentage and fifth with a 2.77 goals against average. Tremblay, 21, is currently second on the Colts and tied for 20th in the OHL in overall points with 17 goals and 40 assists through 40 games. He is second on the Colts with eleven powerplay goals, third in game-winners with four, and is tied for first on the team with a plus 16 rating. Little, 19, currently leads all Colts and is tied for sixth in the OHL with 66 points (27g-39a) through 33 games. He is also second on the team with eleven powerplay goals, first with six game-winning goals, and first with two shorthanded goals. On Sunday January 14 in a 4-3 victory over the Brampton Battalion, Little registered his 300th career OHL point, becoming just the second Colts player next to Daniel Tkaczuk to do so.

Tremblay, Little and Perugini will also take place in the OHL skills competition which is scheduled for Tuesday January 30, followed by the All-Star Classic to take place Wednesday January 31.
