
Torquato named OHL All-Star

The Ontario Hockey League announced today that Erie Otters forward Zack Torquato has been selected to participate in the 2007 OHL All-Star Classic being held January 30th and 31st in Saginaw, Michigan.
Torquato, the Otters leading scorer with 17 goals and 24 assists for 41 points in 40 games this season, will be a member of the Western Conference squad.
Former Otters Ryan O'Marra (Saginaw Spirit) and Brett MacLean (Oshawa Generals) have also been invited to participate in the game.
The Otters (9-31-1-2) return to action with home games Friday and Saturday at the Tullio Arena. Friday at 7:30 p.m. it's the Otters and the Toronto St. Michael's Majors (14-27-1-1) presented by WICU 12.
