
Thrashers Sign Gladiators Top Scorer

Atlanta Gladiators News Release
The Atlanta Thrashers announced today that they have signed former Gladiators forward Kevin Doell. (For further information, please see the attached release from the Thrashers)
Doell led the Gladiators in scoring last season posting 74 points off of 33 goals and 41 assists while being named the ECHL Rookie of the Year.
The Saskatoon, Saskatchewan native's 74 points ranked third among rookies in the ECHL in scoring. He ranked first among rookies in the ECHL in goals scored and ranked third among rookies in plus-minus with a +29 rating and was named the ECHL Rookie of the Month and Player of the Month for February.
The Gladiators begin their second season on the road before hosting the Eastern Conference Champion Florida Everblades on Friday, October 29th at 7:35 p.m. Season Tickets for the Gladiators sophomore season at the Arena at Gwinnett Center are now on sale by calling the Gladiators at 770-497-5100 or by visiting the Gladiators website at www.gwinnettgladiators.com.
