PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland Thorns FC today announced that the club has waived forward Ayo.
Ayo signed with Thorns FC in February 2015, arriving in May following the conclusion of the Frauen Bundesliga season in Germany. The Equatorial Guinea international appeared in 12 games (8 starts), tallying one goal and one assist during the 2015 regular season.
