
Thorns FC to Play Host to Preseason Tournament March 27-April 2 at Providence Park

PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland Thorns FC today announced details for a preseason tournament at Providence Park. Taking place from March 27-April 2, the tournament will feature Thorns FC, the Houston Dash and Seattle Reign FC of the NWSL, and Oregon State University.
The tournament will consist of three doubleheaders at Providence Park. Portland and Seattle will square off Sunday, March 27; kickoff is set for 5 p.m. (Pacific). Houston and Oregon State will face each other in the opening match at 2:30 p.m. (Pacific). On Wednesday, March 30, Seattle takes on Houston at 5 p.m. (Pacific), while Thorns FC play host to Oregon State at 7:30 p.m. (Pacific). Portland closes out the preseason tournament against Houston at 5 p.m. (Pacific), while Seattle and Oregon State square off at 2:30 p.m. (Pacific).
Thorns FC season ticket holders will have access to an exclusive presale beginning Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 10 a.m. (Pacific). Individual tickets, which allow entry to both matches each day, start at $8 and go on sale to the general public starting Thursday, Feb. 4, at 10 a.m. (Pacific) online at www.portlandthornsfc.com. Full tournament ticket packages, starting at $15, also will be available for purchase online.
Season ticket packages for Thorns FC start at $105. Fans interested in purchasing Thorns FC season tickets are encouraged to call the ticket office at (503) 553-5555 or email ticketsales@timbers.com. Single-game ticket information will be released at a later date.

Wednesday, March 30 - Seattle Reign FC vs. Houston Dash at 5 p.m.; Thorns FC vs. Oregon State at 7:30 p.m. (Pacific) at Providence Park
Saturday, April 2 - Seattle Reign FC vs. Oregon State at 2:30 p.m.; Thorns FC vs. Houston Dash at 5 p.m. (Pacific) at Providence Park
