
Thorns FC Loan Forward Hayley Raso, Midfielder Celeste Boureille To Australian Club Canberra United

PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland Thorns FC today announced that the club has loaned forward Hayley Raso and midfielder Celeste Boureille to Canberra United of the Westfield W-League.
Raso, 22, appeared in 20 games (6 starts) and recorded two assists in her first season with Thorns FC. The Australian international joins Canberra United after previously beginning her professional career with Canberra United from 2011-13, where she made 17 appearances and helped the club win the W-League Championship and the W-League Premiership during the 2011-12 season.
Boureille, 22, begins her first loan stint with Canberra United in 2016. The San Francisco, Calif., native appeared in six games (5 starts) in her first season with Thorns FC.
Both players will return to Portland before the start of the 2017 NWSL season.
