The Black and Gold is in fourth place in the tightly-contested Atlantic Division, with their 32-24-10-3 record (77 points). The Bruins are one point behind the third place Worcester IceCats.

Bruin right wing Carl Corazzini scored his 15th and 16th goals of the season, including his team-leading fifth game-winning goal. Center Brad Boyes notched his team-leading 29th goal. He ranks fourth in AHL scoring with 29-37-66 totals in 67 games. Left wing Mike Scott added his fourth goal of the season, along with an assist. Left wing Martin Samuelsson had two assists.
