Silvertips Radio Show: Coming Soon!

We hope you'll be able to join us at Sporty's Beef and Brew once again this year as we find out more about our favorite Silvertips away from the rink. Bring the kids, get autographs and chat with the players as we learn more and more about this young and exciting Silvertips team. The first radio show will take place on the week of September 15th, so check back at everettsilvertips.com next week to find out the exact date and time!

NFL Hall of Fame QB Warren Moon Joins "The Fish" @ KRKO- AM

Football Fridays on the "3 to 6 with the Fish Jeff Aaron Radio show" received a big boost as the legendary Warren Moon joins the show each Friday at 4:05pm to preview the Seattle Seahawks game and share opinions on the top NFL stories of the week. Moon, a current Seahawks broadcaster, was elected last year into the hallowed halls of Canton, Ohio as a first ballot Hall of Fame inductee. Moon was also recently voted by the local media as the greatest Washington Husky quarterback in school history following his career that ended with victory in the 1978 Rose Bowl over Michigan as the game's MVP.

Warren Moon's professional career featured 291 TD passes and 49,325 yards throwing the football in the NFL for the Houston Oilers, Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs. If you count six years in the Canadian Football League his numbers are an astounding 435 TD passes and over 75,000 yards through the air and you can add an amazing 5 consecutive Grey Cup CFL Championships. Moon then received the ultimate honor of sport...election to the Hall of Fame in 2006!

The Fish, Jeff Aaron is a two-time flag football league champion QB but possesses very little athletic skill, physical ability or endurance, but he sure talks a good game! The Fish has been on LIVE every weekday afternoon on KRKO-AM for almost 6 years and the station is about to blossom into a 50,000 watt presence in the Seattle area radio market. Aaron's radio career started at KIRO-AM as Sports Director hired by Pete Gross, the original voice of the Seahawks, and worked closely with the Seahawks and Mariners. Aaron later moved to KJR-AM as a sidekick on the station's morning show.
