The South Georgia Wildcats to Volunteer at Sheriff Sproul's Day Camp This Thursday

June 24, 2009, ALBANY, GA- The South Georgia Wildcats have contributed greatly to the excitement in Albany this season with their incredible play on the field. On Thursday morning, the Wildcats will be looking to make an impact in an even more significant way as they volunteer at Sheriff Sproul's Day Camp.

Thursday morning at 9:30am at Southside Middle School, the South Georgia Wildcats led by Albany native and WR Antwone Savage will be speaking to the young boys and girls of this area seeking to invest in the future of Albany and Southwest Georgia and truly make a difference.

Along with Savage, many other players as well as Scratch and members of the Wildcats promotional team will be in attendance to take part in this life changing camp.

"The people of Albany have been an amazing source of inspiration and encouragement to the South Georgia Wildcats," said Media Relations Director Tim Dix. "Any opportunity the Wildcats have to give back is a responsibility and opportunity that we as an organization gladly embrace."

The Wildcats next home game is Saturday, July 11th against the Florida Firecats. Individual and Season tickets are still available at incredible new prices by contacting the Wildcats box office at 229-435-2TIX. Don't miss out on the action!
