
The Bighorns Finish the Season with a Victory over the Warriors

SANTA CRUZ, CA - With only a seven man roster, the Bighorns finished the 2014-15 season on a high note, defeating the Santa Cruz Warriors 143-135 in Santa Cruz, Ca.
Dar Tucker paced the Bighorns with 53 points and 10 rebounds. Coby Karl logged his second triple-double of the season with 18 points, 14 assists and 13 rebounds. David Stockton logged another double-double, tallying 23 points, 17 assists and six rebounds. Reggie Hearn added 23 points and seven rebounds for the Bighorns.
Dominique Sutton led the Warriors with 26 points and 12 rebounds. Blake Ahearn had 22 points, three rebounds and two assists during the contest.
The Bighorns started the game with a hot streak, netting 35 points in the first quarter while the Warriors netted 27 points. Tucker, who went when 7-10 from the field, notched 17 points and four rebounds during the quarter. Stockton added eight points and seven assists for the Bighorns in the first. Karl finished the quarter with five points and two assists.
Tucker led the Bighorns in the second quarter with 12 points and three rebounds. Reggie Hearn had 10 points and three rebounds in the quarter while Stockton had nine points, three rebounds and three assists. The Bighorns outscored the Warriors in the quarter 43-30.
Going into the locker room the Bighorns led the Warriors 78-57. David Stockton had a double-double logged before the end of the second quarter, finishing the first half of the game with 17 points and 10 assists.
In the third quarter, Tucker notched 18 points and two rebounds. Stockton had six points and six assists while Karl added five points, four assists and three rebounds for the Bighorns.
The Warriors fought back during the final quarter, outscoring the Bighorns 41-32. Hearn led the Bighorns in the quarter with 12 points. Ayers followed Hearn closely netting nine points and adding one assist.
