(York, Pa.) - The Long Island Ducks defeated the York Revolution 3-1 on Thursday night in the finale of a three-game series at PeoplesBank Park.

The Revolution opened the scoring in the first inning when Andres Perez drew a bases loaded walk against Ducks starter Jack Snodgrass. It stayed 1-0 until the top of the seventh inning when Mike Blanke tied the game with an RBI fielder's choice off Revolution starter Matt Neil.

Long Island would take the lead for good with two runs in the ninth inning off York closer Mike DeMark. Following an error, Blake Tekotte lined a two-run home run over the right field wall, putting the Ducks in front 3-1.

Neither starter factored into the decision. Snodgrass pitched six innings of one-run ball, allowing seven hits and three walks while striking out seven. Neil lasted seven innings, giving up a run on four hits with three strikeouts. Amalio Diaz (3-1) collected the win after pitching a scoreless eighth inning, and DeMark (0-1) suffered the loss, yielding two runs (one earned) on one hit with three strikeouts. Todd Coffey earned his seventh save with a scoreless ninth.

Tyler Colvin led the Flock offensively with two hits.
