Taylor Hunter Earns Second USL Team of the Week Honors

Colorado Springs, CO - The United Soccer League officially announced today that Taylor Hunter was named to the Week 6 USL Team of the Week marking his second appearance during the 2018 campaign.
For the third straight week, a Switchback has landed on the USL's Team of the Week (Luke Vercollone (Week 5), Josh Suggs (Week 4). Hunter put on a strong performance as the Switchbacks shutout Seattle on Saturday holding them to a single shot. Hunter recorded eight interceptions and won eight of 13 duels in the match.

The Switchbacks will head back to California to face 2nd place Orange County before returning home to face Reno 1868 FC on May 5th at 6:00 PM for Cinco de Mayo. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a plush seat cushions courtesy of Colorado Technical University. Tickets start at just $12 and are available here. Fans 21+ can get $1 beer the first 30 minutes when gates open at 5:00 PM.
