Tarpons to Host Marvel Super Hero Night on Saturday, July 20th

TAMPA Fla. - On Saturday, July 20th, the Tampa Tarpons will host Marvel Super Hero™ Night, presented by AIG. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and the first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a Hulk bobblehead.
First pitch between the Tarpons and Bradenton Marauders is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and fans are invited to stay for postgame fireworks, sponsored by DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Airport- Westshore.
Fans are also invited to attend the game dressed as Marvel Superheroes. Those that do will be able to purchase a lower reserved ticket for a discounted price of $5.00 at the George M. Steinbrenner Field Box Office
Prior to the game, former University of South Florida football player and current Buffalo Bills defensive end Mike Love will throw out the honorary first pitch. The Clearwater native will also be signing autographs on the concourse.
In addition, select Tarpons players will sign autographs on the concourse from 5:40 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A Kids Zone will also be set up on the concourse, including games and a face painter.
Tickets may be purchased online at www.tarponsbaseball.com, at the George M. Steinbrenner Field Box Office. Tickets start at $5 for upper reserved seating, $8 for lower reserved seating, and parking is always free.
