
T-Birds first round playoff dates announced

Seattle, March 17, 2007 - The Seattle Thunderbirds will face the Tri-City Americans in a best-of-seven first round Western Hockey League playoff series starting Friday, March 23, at 7:05 p.m. at the Toyota Center in Kennewick.
Game 2 of the series is Saturday, March 24, at 7:05 p.m. at Toyota Center.
The series switches to Seattle for Games 3 and 4 on Tuesday, March 27, and Wednesday, March 28. Both games are at 7:05 p.m. at KeyArena. Game 5, if necessary, is Friday, March 30, at 7:05 p.m. at the Toyota Center.
Game 6, if necessary, is back in Seattle on Saturday, March 31, at 7:05 p.m.
Game 7, if necessary, is Tuesday, April 3, at 7:05 p.m. at the Toyota Center.
The T-Birds will finish in the third place in the US Division. They currently have a 37-19-3-11 record with two games remaining in the season. Seattle plays in Portland on Saturday night at 7 p.m. and face the Americans in the regular season finale on Sunday at KeyArena at 5:05 p.m.
Single game playoff tickets are currently on sale for the first round series against the Americans. Playoff tickets can also be purchased by calling 206-448-PUCK (7825) or at all TicketMaster outlets, the KeyArena West Box Office Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and The Hockey Store located at 14326 124th Ave NE in Kirkland.
