Syracuse Releases Medak

Syracuse, NY (March 15, 2004) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that they have released left wing Judd Medak from his professional try-out contract.

Medak, 24, appeared in six games with Syracuse this season, recording 3 assists and 16 penalty minutes. A native of Edmonton, Alberta, Medak has appeared in 23 career AHL games with Chicago, Manchester, Hershey and Syracuse, recording 2 goals, 5 assists and 30 penalty minutes.

The Crunch hosts Manitoba on Friday, March 19.
