Switchbacks FC Announce Transfer of Elvis Amoh to Hartford Athletic

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC announced today the transfer of Elvis Amoh to Hartford Athletic. Per league policy, details of the transfer will not be made public and is pending league and federation approval.

"Elvis was a great person to work with and did excellent work on the field for the club," said Brendan Burke, Head Coach and GM of the Switchbacks. "With his family back on the East Coast and Hartford showing a keen interest in him this made sense for all of us. We wish Elvis many more years of productivity with his new club."

Amoh departs the Switchbacks after an impressive 2022 season in the Pikes Peak Region, with 36 games played throughout the regular season and playoffs and 30 starts. Amoh earned 13 goals and three assists, and notched 19 key passes. He was able to make several defensive contributions to the season, making 29 clearances and 12 interceptions, while holding a passing accuracy of 75.6%.
