Hagerstown;MD, The Hagerstown Suns edged the Asheville Tourists by a final score of 4-3 on Sunday Night. Jonathan Niese picked up his 11th win and Kevin Tomasiewicz nailed down his 12th save with a scoreless 9th.
The Suns have now won 10 of their last 13 games and have taken 5 of the first 7 games in their 8-game home-stand. Tomorrow the Tourists and Suns play the finale of their 4-game series on a Feed-Your-Face Monday sponsored by Ryan's Steakhouse, Chick-Fil-A, 104.7fm WAYZ and Krumpe's donuts. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05pm as Jeramy Simmons goes for the Suns. The Tourists will counter with Shane Lindsay.
