In the midst of a season-long nine-game homestand, the Arizona Sundogs (17-18-5) completed a three-game set against the Odessa Jackalopes last week, earning five of a possible six points, going 2-0-1.

On Wednesday, the Arizona Sundogs won their third straight at Tim's Toyota Center, topping the visiting Odessa Jackalopes, 5-3. Williams, who leads all CHL rookies in power-play goals, tallied his eighth man advantage marker of the season with 11:35 to play in the final frame.

Friday night Luke Erickson recorded his ninth multi-goal game of the season, tallying his second of the game 65 seconds into overtime to help the Arizona Sundogs to their fourth straight win at Tim's Toyota Center Friday night, 3-2 over the visiting Odessa Jackalopes.

Trailing 5-2 early in the second period Saturday night at Tim's Toyota Center, the Odessa Jackalopes battled back to force extra time before Mike Ramsay secured the 6-5 win, snapping a wrist shot past the glove of Doug Groenestege in the second round of the shootout. Despite the shootout loss, the Sundogs have earned points in five straight games at Tim's Toyota Center, going 4-0-1 in that span.

Arizona continues its nine-game home slate with three games in three days against the Colorado Eagles (21-15-2) beginning Friday at 7:05pm. Sundogs Storylines:

- The Arizona Sundogs began play in the Central Hockey League during the 2006-07 season and won the league's top prize, the Ray Miron Presidents' Cup, in just their second season. Currently celebrating their fifth anniversary season, the Sundogs and Head Coach and General Manager Marco Pietroniro are approaching the franchise's 300th game. Arizona and Pietroniro will reach the 300 games plateau on Tuesday, Feb. 1 against the Laredo Bucks.

- Arizona, currently in the midst of a season-long nine-game homestand, has earned points in five straight games at Tim's Toyota Center, going 4-0-1 in that span. Winners of four straight before a 6-5 overtime loss to the Odessa Jackalopes on Saturday, Jan. 22, the Sundogs hadn't won four consecutive games at home since the 2007-08 season. Arizona is 6-2-1 in its last nine games at Tim's Toyota Center and is 9-9-1 overall at home this season.

- Cam Keith owns the league's longest point streak of the season at 14 games. Keith has collected 24 points (6g/18a) during his current streak, including going nine games with at least an assist (13a). Keith ranks third on the team in scoring with 39 points (11g/28a).

- Luke Erickson leads the CHL in goals (26) and is riding the CHL's second-longest point streak of the season at 13 games, one back of teammate Cam Keith. Erickson has tallied 23 points (14g/9a) in that span, including five goals in his last three games. The Roseau, Minnesota, native leads the Sundogs in scoring with 46 points and four game-winners, having collected points in 23 of the 27 games he has played in a Sundogs uniform, including 15 multiple-point games and nine multiple-goal games.

- Joey Sides has three goals in his last two games and five goals and two assists in his last five games. The second-year forward leads the CHL in shorthanded goals (4) and points (7) and ranks second in shorthanded assists (3), one back of Odessa's Sebastien Thinel. Sides ranks fourth on the team in scoring with 38 points (18g/20a) and has already matched his first-year numbers in 21 less games played.

- Adam Smyth leads the CHL in penalty minutes (194) and majors (18).

- The Sundogs matched a season-high with four power-play goals in a 6-5 shootout loss to the Odessa Jackalopes on Saturday, Jan. 22. Arizona finished 4-for-8 and now ranks fifth in the CHL with the man advantage (18.97%). Conversely, the team's penalty kill ranks last in the CHL at 77.64%.

- Arizona owns the second-best home power play, converting at 23.9%. On the road, the team's power play is 15th in the league at 14.7%.

- Arizona (39 points) sits in seventh place in the Berry Conference, just five points back of second place Bossier-Shreveport (44 points).

- Kyle Hood's 22 power-play assists rank second in the CHL, one back of Odessa's Sebastien Thinel. Hood ranks second on the team in scoring with 42 points (8g/34a).

- Rookie Jason Williams ranks second among CHL rookies in goals (12) and leads all first-year players with eight power-play markers. Williams also leads all rookies in shorthanded assists (3).

- Team captain Tyler Butler is ranks near or at the top in all categories among defenseman including points (t-3rd, 31), assists (3rd, 24), power-play assists (t-1st, 16), shorthanded assists (t-1st, 2) and shots (1st, 145).

- Arizona leads the CHL in minor (309) and major (52) penalties as well as power-play goals for (48) and power-play goals against (55).

- The Sundogs own an 11-10-2 record against conference opponents.

- Arizona's goal differential is minus-2 in the first period and plus-1 in the third period but minus-24 in the second period.

- The Sundogs own a 9-4-1 record on Friday night but are just 3-8-2 on Saturday.

- When outshooting an opponent, Arizona is just 6-13-1, but when being outshot in a game, the Sundogs are 11-4-4.
