Sundogs Activate Visser, Place Bernier On I.R.

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - Arizona Sundogs Head Coach and General Manager Marco Pietroniro announced today that the team has activated forward Jason Visser from the 14-day I.R. and has placed forward Cedric Bernier on the 14-day I.R.

Visser, 27, returns from I.R. with eight points (5g/3a), four penalty minutes (PIM) and a plus-5 rating in 12 games with the Sundogs this season.

Bernier, 25, has been placed on 14-day I.R. retroactive to December 5. The 6-foot-2, 215-pound forward has appeared in two games with Arizona this season collecting 21 PIM, including 19 against the Corpus Christi IceRays on December 3.

Arizona continues a season-long six-game road trip tonight at 6:05pm (Arizona time) against the defending Central Hockey League Ray Miron President's Cup Champion Texas Brahmas.
