
Sunday's Game Postponed Due to Rain

South Bend Silver Hawks News Release
Midland, MI - Sunday's game between the South Bend Silver Hawks and Great Lakes Loons at Dow Diamond in Midland, Michigan has been postponed due to rain after nearly two hours of a delay at the start. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Monday, July 5th at Dow Diamond with the game time to be announced.
The Silver Hawks are 31-39 on the season and 1-1 in the second half. South Bend returns home to open a six game home stand on Monday night against the West Michigan Whitecaps on a U93 and Pepsi Dollar Monday.
Game time on Monday is 7:00 PM Eastern Time with pregame coverage beginning at 6:40 PM Eastern Time on 1620 ESPN Radio and online at www.silverhawks.com.
Starting pitchers for Monday are still to be announced because of Sunday's rainout.
