Sunday Rain Causes Game Postponement

The finale of what was an 11-game series finale scheduled for Sunday night has been postponed due to rain. Two 7-inning games will make up a doubleheader on August 4 between both times, with first pitch scheduled for 6:05. Fans with tickets for tonight's game may exchange them for any other 2012 home regular season game.
The rain policy is as follows: Rain policy is as follows: If less than 5 inning of any Fort Worth Cats games are played (4 1/2 if Cats are ahead) or the game is cancelled for any reason outside the control of the Fort Worth Cats on this date, this stub is good for the equal value of this ticket to any future 2012 game regular season home game for the Fort Worth Cats. Excludes July 4th and any playoff games. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of the exchange. Rain check tickets must be exchanged at the Cats' box office.
The Cats head to San Angelo to begin a four-game series beginning Monday night before returning home for a short two-game home stand hosting the San Angelo Colts. Tickets for the series opener on Saturday can be purchased online at FWCats.com or by phone at (817) 332-CATS.
