UNCASVILLE, Conn. (June 1, 2011) - The Connecticut Sun announced today that it has waived former Boston College forward Stefanie Murphy. The Sun are now at the WNBA roster minimum of 11 players.
Murphy was signed to a training camp contract on April 13th. In two preseason games, she had four points and three rebounds, playing a total of 25 minutes.
