The Woodlands, TX- The Woodland Strykers lost the first of the two game series against the Brazos Valley Bombers 12-2.
The starting pitcher Lane Fritz had three strikeouts before retiring in the 5th inning. Caleb Dean had a single hit that brought in the only two Stryker runs for the game.
The Woodlands are looking for a win tomorrow when they once again take on the Bombers with a 7:05 start. The Strykers will stay on the road Sunday and Monday as they take on the Acadiana Cane Cutters.
