
Storm to Host School Rally

Tri-City Storm News Release
KEARNEY - Nebraska's Tri-City Storm of the United States Hockey League announced that on Tuesday, November 18th they will be hosting their annual "Take School by Storm Rally" presented by Affiliated Foods-Midwest. Over 1,000 students, teachers and administrators will be in attendance representing 20 different schools from central Nebraska. Student grade levels range from fourth grade through eighth grade.
The rally's theme this year is "Trying Your Best and Achieving Success." Seth Denney will be the featured speaker at the 2008 rally. Denney is a main news anchor for local ABC affiliate Nebraska Television. The rally will also feature a Storm hockey exhibition, on-ice contests, prizes and Storm player autographs for the students.
Following the rally, lunch will be provided to all the students courtesy of Affiliated Foods-Midwest and their vendors. For more information please contact the Storm office at (308) 338-8809.
