Storm Set for Fan Appreciation Night at Viaero Center

KEARNEY, NE. - The Tri-City Storm is set for tonight's Fan Appreciation Night game at the Viaero Center against the Omaha Lancers as the team enters the final weekend of the regular season. Tonight will be Tri-City's final home game of the 2023-2024 regular season. The Storm will travel to Liberty First Credit Union Arena for a road matchup against the Lancers tomorrow night in the sixty-second, and final game, of the regular season. Puck drops tonight at 7:05pm CT.

A special $10 ticket price will be available for the game, along with the popular $5 Kids Friday promotion. Tonight's game will also feature a Nebraska Lottery Family Four-Pack ticket deal. The ticket package includes four tickets, four hot dogs, four sodas, and ten Nebraska Lottery Scratch-Off Tickets all for $44. The ticket package is available in limited quantities, and often sells out prior to puck drop. Attendees of tonight's Fan Appreciation Night game will automatically be entered to win various prizes that will be given out throughout the night.

Tickets to the Storm's opening-round playoff series of the 2024 Clark Cup Playoffs at the Viaero Center on Monday, April 15th, Tuesday, April 16th, and Wednesday, April 17th (*If Necessary) are on sale now! Glass tickets are $15 for Adults, and $12 for Kids. All non-first-row seats are available for only $7 per game. Tickets are complimentary for all Tri-City Storm Season Ticket Holders. All three games in the Storm's upcoming opening-round playoff series at the Viaero Center are scheduled to begin at 7:05pm CT.

Tri-City (28-21-4-7) enters this weekend's two-game series against Omaha locked into 4th place in the USHL's Western Conference standings. The Storm will host a Best-Of-Three series at the Viaero Center against the 5th-place finishing team. Tri-City will either host the Sioux Falls Stampede, or the Lincoln Stars, in the team's opening-round series. The Stampede have a three-point lead over the Stars entering the final weekend of the season. Tri-City is 14-1-0-1 in head-to-head games played against Omaha over the past two seasons, including 6-0-0-0 this year.

Omaha (14-43-3-0) has posted a 4-6-0-0 record over the past ten games entering this weekend's final series of the year. The Lancers posted a 3-1 victory over the Lincoln Stars at the Ice Box last Saturday night to capture a victory in the series with a final head-to-head record of 5-4-0-0 in nine games played this season. Cam VanSickle netted the game-winning-goal for the Lancers, and Kambryn Hendrickson collected the win in net.

Tonight's game is set to begin at 7:05pm CT and will be streamed on FloHockey and Storm Radio. Tickets to home games at the Viaero Center may be purchased online by skating to www.StormHockey.com, or by calling the Viaero Center Box Office during Box Office hours at 308-338-8144.
