Stingrays Game 6: Monday Night!

PLAYOFF HOCKEY! The Stingrays return home to the North Charleston Coliseum Monday night for an opportunity to advance to the South Division Finals in the Kelly Cup Playoffs. After a victory on Friday night in Greenville, the Stingrays have won three straight heading into Game 6. It's time to close this series out!

The first 1,500 fans at the game will receive FREE Thunderstix and there's also a Stingrays HAPPY HOUR with $2 beers from 6-8 pm, $2 hot dogs all night and $4 Specialty Rabbit Beater cocktails!

Quick Glance at the Series: Greenville started off strong with two victories at home to take a 2-0 lead. However, South Carolina responded on home ice with two outstanding performances to bounce back and even the series.

The Rays put on a show with a 6-0 pounding of the Swamp Rabbits in Game 3. South Carolina controlled the game as Rob Flick showed his dominance with two goals and an assist. Game 4 saw another blowout win for the Stingrays with a score of 6-1. 13 different players recorded points in the victory, with Kelly Zajac scoring twice.

South Carolina took a 3-2 lead in the series with a 4-2 victory in Game 5 on Friday night in Greenville. Flick had a goal and an assist, while Milner made 24 saves to get his third consecutive win. The Stingrays held Greenville scoreless on the power play despite allowing eight opportunities.
