
Stingrays Announce 2018 Training Camp Schedule

South Carolina Stingrays News Release
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Washington Capitals and AHL's Hershey Bears, have announced the club's 2018 training camp schedule. The team will hit the ice Monday, October 1 at 10 a.m. under the direction of new head coach Spiros Anastas at the Carolina Ice Palace. Two preseason games with the Orlando Solar Bears and Greenville Swamp Rabbits next week will serve as the squad's dress rehearsals before they open the 2018-19 season against the Jacksonville Icemen on October 13.
Fans are invited to attend sessions at the Carolina Ice Palace which are open to the public. An initial 2018 Training Camp Roster will be released in the coming days. Additional players participating in NHL or AHL camps will be added to the roster at a later date once assigned. The complete training camp schedule, which is subject to change, is as follows:

The 26th season of South Carolina Stingrays hockey begins in Jacksonville against the Icemen on October 13. The Stingrays will open their home schedule vs. Greenville on Saturday, October 20.
