Sterling leads Brahmas to 4-1 win in Austin

Austin, Texas - Goaltender Larry Sterling stopped 27 of the 28 Austin Ice Bats shots he faced to lead the Fort Worth Brahmas to a 4-1 win in CHL action Friday night at the Travis County Expo Center in Austin.
Sterling's brilliant play in net backed up a solid team effort for Fort Worth. The Brahmas benefited from balanced scoring, getting goals in the game from left wing Bret DeCecco, and forwards Matt Reynolds (GW), Jimmy Sokol, and Ty Hennes (EN).
The Brahmas, now 4-1-1 on the season, will play again on Saturday night, November 5th, in Corpus Christi against the Rayz. Face off for Saturday's game from the American Bank Center is scheduled for 7:35 p.m. The game can be heard live on KHFX Fox Sports 1460 AM with the pregame show beginning at 7:20 p.m.
