Monday, the North American Hockey League announced the Divisional Stars of the Week. The Aberdeen Wings were represented with honorable mentions to #9 Patrick Steinhauser (F-Plymouth, MN) and #20 Dillon Eichstadt (D-Bemidji, MN).

Steinhauser scored two goals last week. Thursday night in Brookings, he scored his 2nd goal of the season in the first period and also got an assist on another Wings goal. On Saturday at home he scored with one minute left in the game for his 3rd goal of the year.

Eichstadt, now his 3rd week of honors this season, had two assists in the 6-3 win over Brookings on Thursday. He now has 13 assists in the early 2013-2014 season and is also tied with fellow Aberdeen Wing #21 Bjorn Sigurdarson (F-Reykjavik, Iceland) for 2nd in the NAHL Assists column.

The Aberdeen Wings are at home on Friday, November 1st against Central Division rivals the Bismarck Bobcats. Doors open at 5:30pm and puck drops at 7:15pm. Get there early for happy hour and get tickets. $12 reserved seating, $10 general admission.
