(Nashua, NH, Aug. 22) Nashua Pride officials announced today that all state of New Hampshire employees and city of Nashua employees will receive a special rate of $4.00 for every ticket purchased to the Thursday, Aug. 24th game as the Pride push for the playoffs in the series finale versus Quebec.

Governor John Lynch and Nashua Mayor Bernie Streeter will both be throwing out the first pitches at the game to celebrate the state and city of Nashua day at the ballpark.

Thursday night will also be "Back to School Night" as Nashua's students go back to school and the first 750 students coming to the game will receive a complimentary Pride pencil and team folder.

To round out the evening's festivities, super impersonator AIRWAVE DAVE is making a special appearance and will impersonate "The International Man of Mystery", Austin Powers. For more information on Airwave Dave, please go to: www.airwavedave.com.

The Nashua Pride, entering their first year of play in the eight-team Canadian American Association of Professional Baseball, plays their home games at Historic Holman Stadium.
