Nashua ran out to a 6-0 lead through three innings and would never look back en route to the 8-1 victory over Quebec. The win for the Pride is their fifth in a row and moves them into second place, two games behind North Shore. CF Sean Dobson and SS James Lofton led the way at the plate for the Pride as Dobson went 3-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and a home run while Lofton had a 3-for-4 outing with a run scored and an RBI. Mark Hamilton picked up his eighth win of the season going seven innings allowing an earned run on four hits with five strikeouts. For the Capitales, CF Goefrey Tomlinson and 1B Eddie Lantigua each had 1-for-4 evenings.

New Haven County starting pitcher Rolando Valles pitched a sensational game to help the Cutters get past Brockton. Valles went 8 1/3 innings giving up only an earned run on six hits with six strikeouts. The win for Valles is his seventh of the season. Andy Weimer finished up the ninth inning for New Haven County and notched his 15th save of the season. SS Chas Terni and CF Marcus Nettles each had 2-for-4 nights for the Cutters with Nettles plating a run and Terni driving in a run. The victory for New Haven County keeps them four back of North Shore.

The first place North Shore Spirit put up a six spot in the second inning and rolled on to victory over New Jersey. CF Robert Fischer had a great game at the plate going 2-for-3 with two runs scored, three RBI, and his second home run of the season. 3B Ryan Bethel also chipped in with two hits, a run scored, and an RBI. Matt Bishop notched his third win of the year going 6 2/3 innings giving up four runs, two earned, on five hits with five strikeouts. Kevin Fitzgerald pitched a perfect ninth inning to tally his 19th save of the season, which leads the league.
