Stars to Host Stockton Kings Twice this Week

SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, will host the Stockton Kings, official NBA G League affiliate of the Sacramento Kings, on Tuesday, Nov. 23 and again on Friday, Nov. 26 at Bruin Arena at Salt Lake Community College in Taylorsville.
Both games will tip at 7 p.m. Tickets for the Nov. 23 and Nov. 26 games can be purchased online at SLCStars.com or by phone (call or text) at (801) 325-STAR (7827). The Nov. 23 game can be streamed at NBAGLeague.com while the Nov. 23 game will air on ESPN+. All Stars home games can be heard on 1280 AM/97.5 The Zone.
Friday night will be Frontline/Health Care Workers Appreciation Night. Local frontline/health care workers will be emailed a link for a chance to claim two free tickets to the game. They will be recognized for their contributions to the community during the game.
Affordable family-friendly entertainment, all Stars home games include the University of Utah Health Kids Zone that features fun attractions such as bounce houses, balloon artists and sign-making stations. Stars home games also feature appearances by Buster, the team's mascot, and select Stars players will participate in a postgame autograph session for fans following each game.
This week's lucky fan prizes will feature two lower-bowl tickets to an upcoming Utah Jazz home game.
The Stars come into the week's two-game series with a 1-3 record, having split their previous two games against the Santa Cruz Warriors, including a 26-point comeback Friday night at Vivint Arena that fell just short (116-111). The Kings enter the week at 3-1.
The Stars are being led by Jazz assignment player Jared Butler, who comes into the week averaging 28.0 points, five rebounds, 3.5 assists and two steals a game. Fellow Jazz assignment player Udoka Azubuike leads the team with 12.0 rebounds a game to go along with eight points and 2.3 blocks in four starts thus far in the 2021-22 season.
The two teams will face-off for the first time since Feb. 26, 2020, a 128-99 Stars victory at Stockton Arena. The Stars and Kings currently stand tied at 3-3 in the all-time series between the two Western Conference squads.
Stars Holiday Ticket Packs are on sale now. Fans can choose from the $39 Pack which features four Salt Lake Bees vouchers, and two Salt Lake City Stars vouchers or the $89 Pack featuring 10 Bees vouchers and four Stars vouchers.
All vouchers will be digital, and customers will receive an email voucher with codes and can redeem them for the best available seats online.
