DES MOINES, IA - Iowa Stars Director of Hockey Operations Scott White announced today that the Des Moines-based team has been loaned goalie Dan Ellis from the Dallas Stars. Iowa has also signed defenseman Derek Eastman to a Professional Tryout Contract (PTO) and released defenseman Tim Hambly and goalie Sebastien LaPlante from their PTO's.
