
Stars Add Guard Tra-Deon Hollins from Available Player Pool

SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, announced today the team has added guard Tra-Deon Hollins from the available player pool.
Hollins (6-2, 195, Omaha) comes to the Stars with a total of 122 games (33 starts) of previous NBA G League experience since the 2017-18 season. The 26-year-old guard has had stops with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, Grand Rapids Drive, Westchester Knicks and Delaware Blue Coats, owning career averages of 5.6 points, 6.3 assists and 2.3 steals a game.
The Omaha, Neb., native appeared in eight games this season for the Delaware Blue Coats, where he averaged 4.8 points and 1.3 steals in 14.2 minutes per contest before being waived on Jan. 2.
Prior to his time in the NBA G League, Hollins played two seasons (2015-17) at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, appearing in 64 games (62 starts). Hollins posted collegiate career averages of 13 points, five rebounds, 6.3 assists and 3.7 steals a game, earning Summit League All-First Team and Summit League Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2016 and 2017.
