
Stamps deal Renaud to Bombers

Calgary Stampeders head coach/general manager John Hufnagel today announced that the team has traded non-import punter Mike Renaud to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in exchange for a sixth-round draft choice in the 2010 CFL Canadian Draft.
The Stamps signed Renaud as a free agent on Feb. 19, 2009. Prior to joining Calgary, the Concordia product played for the Monchengladbach Mavericks of the German Football League in 2008. He attended Montreal Alouettes training camp in 2006.
