After the first two weeks of the season on the road, the Stampede finally return for the their home opener at the PREMIER Center this Saturday night at 7:05 PM against the Fargo Force. In celebration of their 20th anniversary, the Stampede will be wearing their third jerseys which are a throwback to the first season.

The first 1,000 kids 12-and-under recieve a FREE replica Stampede jersey, compliments of Waterbury Heating & Cooling & Coleman! Arrive early as doors will open at 5:45 PM.

The Stampede are off to a 2-1-1 start after a weekend split in Fargo. On Friday, the Stampede fell 3-1 to the Force, but battled back to down the defending champs, 5-4 on Saturday. Artem Ivanyuzhenkov is off to a hot start, tallying three goals and three assists in his first three games of the season. Max Crozier has already tallied a goal and two assists in three games from the blue line.

Offensively, the Stampede have been clicking early on, tallying 16 goals in four games, third most in the league. The power play has been hot to start the season, clicking at 28.6%, fourth best in the USHL.

Tailgate Party Saturday

Join us for fun before the game with a tailgate party from 4:30-6 PM inside the Birdcage, across from the PREMEIR Center. Kids can enjoy free inflatables while kids off all ages can take part in different lawn games and enjoy some music while hanging out with other Stampede fans! Best of all, it's FREE! Beer, water and soda will also be available for purchase.

Post-Game Skating Party

Bring your skates to the game for the home opener and skate with your favorite players on the PREMIER Center ice right after the game! Fans can skate for 30 minutes following the game and get autographs. Several players will be signing autographs after the game outside the main lobby for non-skating fans as well. As a reminder, the PREMIER Center do not rent skates so please bring your own to the game.

Vote For 20th Anniversary Team

Celebrate the 20th Anniversary by voting for your favorite former Stampede players to our 20th Anniversary All-time Team.

Vote 12 forwards, 6 defensemen and 2 goaltenders.

Voting ends Friday at noon. Team will be unveiled at the home opener on Saturday.

Herd Return Home Next Weekend

The Stampede return home to the PREMIER Center for two games next weekend. On Friday, the Herd will play host to the Waterloo Black Hawks and on Saturday the Herd host Madison on Bite Squad night. Tickets for both games are on sale now through the KELOLAND Box Office at the PREMIER Center or any Ticketmaster outlet.
