BOISE, Idaho - (November 8, 2015) - The Idaho Stampede announced today that the team has waived forward T.J. Hallice (Mercer) and center Steve Forbes (Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne). Following the moves, the Stampede's roster now stands at 14 players.
