BOISE, Idaho - Seven Idaho Stampede players scored in double-figures, each member of the 11-man squad scored at least three points, the Stampede (17-22) grabbed a season-high 60 rebounds and the road team beat the Iowa Energy (31-11) 144-112. Idaho set a new season high with their point total, scoring 76 points in the first half as they shot 55.8 percent from the field and 50.0 percent (11-of-22) from behind the three-point line. The Stampede led by as many as 40.
Luke Babbitt led the way for Idaho with 23 points, 12 rebounds, four assists and four steals. Jermareo Davidson had 19 points and 10 rebounds off the bench, Tony Bobbitt added 17 points, Joe Dabbert had a season-high 16 points and Antoine Walker had 15 points. Cedric Jackson had nine points and nine assists.
Curtis Stinson had a game-high 26 points (10-26 FG), nine assists and eight rebounds to lead the way for Iowa. The Energy attempted 101 field goals, 15 more than Idaho, making just 41 (40.6 percent).
Idaho plays Bakersfield at home this Friday and Saturday. The games tip off at 7 p.m. (MST).
