
Stampede releases 2004-2005 season schedule

BOISE, ID- July 20, 2004- The Idaho Stampede, winners of 25 of their last 29 home games, announced today their 2004-2005 season schedule. The 48-game schedule includes 24 home-game dates to be played in the Idaho Center. The team begins their season on the road November 19 and 20, against the Yakima Sun Kings and returns on Friday, November 26, for a three-game homestand to tip-off against the Great Lakes Storm at 7:10 p.m. for their home season opener.
"Our schedule this year provides Stampede fans with a variety of choices to any one of our exciting fun-filled evenings of professional basketball action and entertainment," said Idaho Stampede President/ General Manager John Brunelle.
Fifty percent of this season's home games are scheduled for weekend dates. The breakdown includes six Friday games and six Saturday games. All home games will begin at 7:10 p.m. Attached is a copy of the Stampede's 2004-2005 season schedule.
The Continental Basketball Association will have eight teams playing this season. Joining the Stampede is the Dakota Wizards, Gary Steelheads, Great Lakes Storm, Rockford Lightning, Sioux Falls Skyforce, Yakima Sun Kings, and the newest expansion franchise Michigan Mayhem.
For a limited time, each Stampede season ticket purchase will include a round of golf for two with cart at MeadowCreek Golf Resort, and two seven-game plans for Boise Hawks baseball.
