Yakama Sun Kings News Release
(Yakima, WA)- The Yakima Sun Kings home schedule has been set for the 2004-2005 season. Road schedules are still at the league office awaiting final approval. The Sun Kings will kick off the 2004-2005 season on November 19-20 against the Idaho Stampede.
The Sun Kings will have six (6) Friday/Saturday combinations for the season. Eleven of the Sun Kings home games will be played Sun-Thursday; three of the eleven will be Sunday games. "We are very excited about our home schedule this year. We're hoping that our Friday/Saturday combos will allow for more of our fans to come out and watch great basketball and fun entertainment on weekends, and open the door for more mini-plan fans; for those that are only able to make Friday/Saturday or Sunday games." Said Darren Uceny, Managing Partner.
The Sun Kings are working to confirm some entertainment performers and negotiating with the SunDome on some potential concession specials.
