Stampede announce playoff push ticket package

BOISE, Idaho (March 23, 2007) - With the NBA Development League playoffs coming soon, the Idaho Stampede announce a unique ticket package to suit every basketball junkie and person throughout the Treasure Valley.

For only $40 per person, fans can experience the highest level of basketball in Idaho throughout the month of April. Each game included in the package provides a game ticket, as well as NBA-style entertainment throughout the night during timeouts and halftime. A list of each game's promotions and entertainment is below:

- April 3 vs. Sioux Falls - "NBA Nights presented by adidas". The night will feature the Stampede playing in authentic Utah Jazz jerseys vs. the Sioux Falls Skyforce, playing in Detroit Pistons jerseys. Fans have the chance to bid thru a silent auction on their favorite Stampede player's jerseys.

- April 7 vs. Colorado - The Stampede take on the Colorado 14ers in a showdown of the Western Division leaders. Halftime entertainment is the nationally acclaimed "Stickman", who spins basketballs on 40-foot sticks plus a whole lot more!

- April 13 vs. Tulsa - The Tulsa 66ers come to town and the world famous "Quick Change" will be performing at halftime! Quick Change is world-renowned and have been featured on "America's Got Talent".

- April 14 vs. Los Angeles - The season finale brings in the Los Angeles D-fenders and Dania Kaseeva, a gold medal-winning performer from the Moscow Circus, who will perform a speed and agility hoola-hoop act!

Each package is for an upper level ticket, but fans can upgrade their package to lower bowl seats, or adding various food options.

The D-League currently includes the Albuquerque Thunderbirds (N.M.), Anaheim Arsenal (Calif.), Arkansas RimRockers (Little Rock), Austin Toros (Texas), Bakersfield Jam (Calif.), Colorado 14ers (Broomfield), Dakota Wizards (Bismarck, N.D.), Fort Worth Flyers (Texas), Idaho Stampede (Boise), Los Angeles D-Fenders (Calif.), Sioux Falls Skyforce (S.D.) and Tulsa 66ers (Okla.).

The D-League continues to develop talent from across all disciplines for the NBA's 30 teams and the entire NBA umbrella. In addition to the assignment of 20 NBA players to D-League affiliates this season, there have also been 11 GATORADE Call-Ups from the D-League to the NBA. Additionally, every referee hired by the NBA since 2002 has worked in the D-League, while coaches, athletic trainers and front office executives are also being developed.
