Stampede Acquire Forward Bradley from Youngstown

SIOUX FALLS, SD- The Sioux Falls Stampede announced today that they have acquired forward Trey Bradley in exchange for a Phase I and Phase II draft pick in the 2015 USHL Draft. The Herd now have 23 players on their active roster.

Bradley is in his second season in the USHL. Last year, the winger posted 21 points (7g, 14a) in 32 games with the Phantoms. Prior to being acquired by Youngstown last season, he skated in 26 games with the Wenatchee Wild of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) where he recorded 28 points in 26 games. This year, Bradley has posted 23 points (4g, 19a) in 35 games, his 19 assists ranked fourth most on the team. A native of Tampa Bay, FL, Bradley recorded 10 of his assists on the power play and has one game winning goal this season.

Trey is the son of Brian Bradley who was a third round draft pick of the Calgary Flames in 1983 and went on to skate for Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto and Tampa Bay in the NHL for nearly 15 seasons. Bradley has already committed to play collegiately at Colorado College and will be eligible to play this weekend with the Herd.

The Stampede return to action tonight when they host the Chicago Steel at 7:05 PM at the PREMIER Center. Today is National Wear Red Day and the Stampede are asking fans to wear red to show their support of women's heart disease.
