SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - The Austin Spurs fell to the Santa Cruz Warriors by a final score of 116-112 on Saturday night.
San Antonio Spurs assignee Devontae Cacok posted 16 points and 12 rebounds for Austin. Two-way player DJ Stewart Jr. and Jaylen Morris led the Spurs with 17 points each.
Kendall Smith recorded a triple-double for Santa Cruz with 17 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists. Jerome Robinson put up a game-high 32 points for the Warriors, and Selom Mawugbe notched a double-double with 11 points and 16 rebounds.
The 2021-22 Austin Spurs season is presented by SWBC.
