Spitfires Acquire Ryan Struthers from the Mississauga Steelheads

WINDSOR, ON. - The Windsor Spitfires have acquired Ryan Struthers from the Mississauga Steelheads in exchange for future considerations.

Struthers, 19, is a native of Milton, Ontario appeared in 31 games for the Steelheads and recorded 1 goal and one assist last season. During the 2021-22 season, Struthers played for the Niagars Ice Dogs and scored 3 goals while recording 10 assists in 62 games.

"Ryan is an OHL caliber player, that will have a great opportunity with our hockey club." GM Bill Bowler said. "He is a determined athlete and we hope we can help him develop and he can help us."
