STATE COLLEGE - Major League Baseball Advanced Media announced today that Kevin Decker of the State College Spikes has been named the New York-Penn League's Pitcher of the Week for the week of July 5-11, 2010.

Decker, a right-handed pitcher from Washington, Indiana, made two scoreless relief appearances totaling 10 1/3 innings over the past seven days, notching his second win of the year in Sunday night's 3-0 win over Vermont.
