
Scrappers fall to Renegades, 10-5

Mahoning Valley Scrappers News Release
Niles, OH - The Mahoning Valley Scrappers lost their fourth straight tonight to the Hudson Valley Renegades 10-5 tonight at Eastwood Field.
Asdrubal Cabrera got the start at short stop tonight beginning his two-day rehab stint with the Scrappers. Cabrera went 1-3 with a double and two RBI before giving way to Tyler Cannon.
Owen Dew got the ball for the Scrappers and picked up the loss lasting six innings, giving up six earned runs on nine hits and striking out five.
Miguel Sierra picked up the win for the Renegades pitching five innings, giving up four earned runs on seven hits, striking out one and walking two.
Cabrera will be back at Eastwood Field tomorrow before heading to double-A Akron to continue his rehab.
The Scrappers will play the third and final game of this series tomorrow at 7:05 p.m.
