Spikes, Crosscutters Rained out in Williamsport on Saturday Night

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Saturday night's scheduled game between the State College Spikes and the Williamsport Crosscutters at Muncy Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field has been canceled due to inclement weather in the Williamsport area and will not be made up.
The Spikes and Crosscutters will now head to Medlar Field at Lubrano Park to complete their series at 4:05 p.m. on Sunday. State College will look for a series sweep after a 12-2 victory over Williamsport on Friday at Muncy Bank Ballpark. Left-hander Chase Watkins (0-0) had been set to start on the mound for the Spikes before the rainout, with the Crosscutters intending to send right-hander Tyler Uberstine (0-0) to the hill.
Fans can bring Dad out for Father's Day at the Ballpark and enjoy the fun themselves with the Spikes Father's Day Gift Pack.
