HEADED TO HOLLYWOOD: It was announced Thursday that Space Cowboys RHP Hunter Brown and C Yainer Diaz were selected to represent the Houston Astros in the 2020 All-Star Futures Game. Brown is rated as the No. 86 prospect in baseball, per MLB.com. Diaz, who assigned to the Space Cowboys from Double A Corpus Christi on June 20, is ranked as the Astros' No. 13 prospect, per MLB.com. has hit a combined .303 with 13 home runs, 61 RBI and an .866 OPS through 70 games.

JULKS SMASH: Corey Julks enters with a 19-game hitting streak, which is the longest active hitting streak in Minor League Baseball. It's tied for third-longest active streak in MiLB as well. It surpasses 17-game streaks from Julks (5/15-6/4) and Matijevic (5/4-6/2) earlier this season. Julks leads the Space Cowboys and is third in the PCL with 17 home runs and tied for fifth with 65 extra-base hits.
