DEBUT SZN: Enmanuel Valdez hit two home runs Tuesday in his Triple A debut after hitting 11 homers through 44 games with Double A Corpus Christi this season. Valdez and Corey Julks are tied for the most home runs in the Astros system this season, with 13 apiece.

IT BIELAK THAT: RHP Brandon Bielak was recalled by the Astros on Tuesday as LHP Parker Mushinski was placed on the 15-Day Injured List. Bielak has gone 2-2 with a 3.19 ERA in 10 games (5 GS) with the Space Cowboys this season. Bielak has appeared with the Astros in parts of each of the last two seasons and has made 40 appearances (8 starts) at the MLB level prior to his most-recent promotion.
