
Sovereign Bank Arena Ice Goes Green For St. Patty's Day

Trenton, NJ - Sovereign Bank Arena's ice will be painted green this weekend in order to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The painting will mark the first time in Sovereign Bank Arena history that the ice has been a different color.
The process will begin Thursday, March 10 at 8:30am with the mixing of the paint. Once the paint is mixed it will be sprayed over the existing white ice. A new layer of ice will then be put down on top of the green.
The festive green ice will be on display for the Trenton Titans games Friday, March 11 at 7:30pm and Saturday, March 12 at 12:00pm.
